Online Submission for Proposed Amendment

A separate form must be submitted for each Article that you are proposing an amendment. 

Proposed Constitution and/or Bylaw Amendment Process

In order to have a proposed amendment to the Constitution and/or a Bylaw, the following steps must be taken in order to be reviewed by the Bylaw Committee.

• Complete Constitution and/or Bylaw Proposed Amendment form.
• Submit form to Bylaw Committee Chair by the electronic form below, email, or postal mail.

At the next meeting, the proposed amendments will be presented to the officers and membership by the Bylaw Committee.
